MAC Platform Trailers Delivered

MAC Trailers have recently delivered the first consignment of 10x MAC Trombone Platform Trailers to a leading commercial vehicle dealer based in Yorkshire. MAC Platform Trailers are built to meet the specific requirements of operators in the general haulage and specialist transportation industries. The trailers come complete with BPW axles, EBS braking, rear crashbar, aluminum sideguards, rope hooks and twist locks as standard and are manufactured to Slemish specification following MAC trailers acquisition of Co. Antrim based Slemish Trailers in 2009.
MAC Platform Trailers are built to meet the specific needs of their operators. Individual requirements are reviewed in-house and a range of options ensure the trailer supplied meets the requirements of the customer.
The trailers were customised to customer specification to include: 5” side chimes, a raised suzie box on the headboard of the trailer, 1900mm high steel/mesh headboard, steel sideguards, cover carrier on the rear of the trailer, a 3 step ladder and ‘elephant’ landing legs.
