McCauley Trailers Ltd have been established for over 60 years and is a market leader in the manufacture and supply of commercial & agricultural trailers, with a global export market.
Due to continuous growth we require the following key personnel:
Production Co-ordinator
Duties include:
- Responsibility for managing the flow of information from sales to production ensuring the accuracy of orders and spec changes
- Working closely with the design department, ability to problem solve potential design/ production challenges
- Liaising with external departments including DVSA
- Providing accurate and up to date information for the compilation of a delivery plan and communicating with delivery companies and customers where relevant
- Ensuring build packs are updated in the best system possible
- Working towards company and individual KPI targets
- Working alongside the Engineering Manager in all aspects of trailer design
- Preparation of materials for production
- Control of production, in particular cut & nest for plasma.
- Cradle to Grave new product design.
- Using Solid Works 3D Modelling to update current designs
- Ensure drawings are prepared for production
- Consulting with customers regarding design and specification requirements
Design Engineer
Duties include:
- Working alongside the Engineering Manager in all aspects of trailer design
- Preparation of materials for production
- Control of production, in particular cut & nest for plasma.
- Cradle to Grave new product design.
- Using Solid Works 3D Modelling to update current designs
- Ensure drawings are prepared for production
- Consulting with customers regarding design and specification requirements
